Upma – Savory Semolina Breakfast Ingredients Semolina (Rava/Sooji) – 1 cup Oil/Ghee – 2 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Curry leaves – 8-10 Green chilies – 2, chopped Onion – 1 small, finely chopped Ginger – 1 tsp, grated Vegetables (peas, carrots, beans) – 1/2 cup Water – 2 ½ cups Salt – to taste Lemon juice – 1 tbsp Coriander leaves – for garnish Cashews – 2 tbsp (optional) Instructions Roast the Semolina: Dry roast the semolina in a pan on medium heat until aromatic (3-4 minutes).
